Study on Learning Burnout of Medical College Students and Its Influential Factors

摘要 目的了解医学生学习倦怠的现状,探索其学习倦怠的社会、组织和个人层面的影响因素,并提出有效可行的干预措施。方法采用大学生学习倦怠量表、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)和大学生专业承诺量表,对随机抽取的635名在校医学生进行调查。结果①医学生存在一定程度的学习倦怠,学习倦怠人数占总人数的41.65%;②性别方面,男生的总倦怠及各维度的得分均高于女生(t=3.030,P=0.003);专业方面,不同专业医学生学习总倦怠得分进行比较,差别有统计学意义(F=3.355,P=0.010);③学习倦怠总分与社会支持(r=-0.340,P=0.000)、学习压力(r=0.097,P=0.038)、受惩罚事件(r=0.096,P=0.040)、专业承诺(r=-0.401,P=0.000)均呈相关关系。结论多种因素影响着大学生的学习倦怠状况,改善学生的学习倦怠,需要多方面协调一致、相互配合、共同努力。 Objective To explore the condition of learning burnout of medical college students and its social ,organizational and indi-vidual factors .Methods A total of 635 medical students were investigated by College Students'Learning Burnout Inventory , Perceived Social Support Scale ,Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Checklist ,Professional Commitment Inventory of College Students .Results①Medical students'learning burnout level was comparatively high .About 41.65% medical students had the learning burnout phenome-non.②In terms of gender difference ,male students were significantly higher than female at the level of emotional turndown and behavioral unsuitableness(t=3.030,P=0.003);In terms of professions,the difference of medical students'learning burnout of different professions was significant(F=3.355,P=0.010).③ Learning burnout was significantly related to social support (r=-0.340,P=0.000),study stress(r=0.097,P=0.038),punishment event(r=0.096,P=0.040)and professional commitment(r=-0.401,P=0.000).Conclu-sion Learning burnout is significantly related to many social factors ,so it needs cooperation and mutual effort from all walks of life to improve the situation .
