寒地活体柞蚕蛹培育蛹虫草关键技术及有效成分分析

Analysis on the Key Technology and Effective Components of Cordyceps Militaris Cultivated with Tussah Pupa in Cold Area

摘要 针对当前蚕蛹虫草出草率低及出草质量差等问题,以蛹虫草菌种为材料,以寒地活体柞蚕蛹为寄主,采用注射法接种和揭掉颅顶板法出草为核心关键技术,人工培育蛹虫草产品,并调查和检测柞蚕蛹虫草的生长状况及主要活性成分含量。结果表明,寒地柞蚕蛹的僵化时间为14 d,比非寒地柞蚕蛹缩短4 d;原基萌发时间为10 d,比非寒地柞蚕蛹缩短4 d;生产总周期为50 d,比非寒地柞蚕蛹缩短10 d。寒地柞蚕蛹的僵化率为95%,出草率达95%,均高于非寒地柞蚕蛹。寒地柞蚕蛹虫草子实体中的虫草多糖含量、虫草素含量分别是非寒地柞蚕蛹虫草子实体中的1.21倍、1.47倍;寒地柞蚕蛹虫草子实体中的硒含量为25μg/100 g,为富硒蛹虫草。利用寒地柞蚕蛹可以高效生产出品质优良的蚕蛹虫草。 To solve the problems of low rate and poor quality of growing grass in Cordyceps militaris at present,taken C.militaris strain as material and Tussah pupa in cold area as host,the high quality and yield products of C.militaris were cultivated by the key methods of vaccination and removing the root,the growth condition and the content of main active components were investigated and tested.The results showed that the petrification time,primordium germination time and total production cycle of Tussah pupa in cold area were 14 days,10 days and 50 days,which were 4 days,4 days and 10 days shorter than that in non-cold area,respectively.The petrification rate of Tussah pupa in cold area was 95%,and the growing grass rate was 95%,which was higher than that in non-cold area.The contents of polysaccharide and cordycepin in fruiting bodies were 1.21 times,1.47 time of that in non-cold area,respectively.The C.militaris cultured in the study was rich in selenium.The selenium content of fruiting bodies was 25μg/100 g.The high quality Cordyceps militaris could be produced with Tussah pupa in cold area.
