摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)是糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)的常见并发症,外治法是治疗该病的主要措施,该文从针灸、穴位贴敷、中药熏洗、穴位注射、推拿按摩等方面整理、总结近5年的相关文献,结果显示中医外治法优势明显。
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is a common complication of diabetes mellitus. External treatment is the main measure to treat diabetes mellitus. This paper summarizes the relevant literature in recent five years from the aspects of acupuncture,acupoint application,fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine,acupoint injection,massage and so on. The results show that external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages.
