摘要
"窠囊"是中医学的独特创见,由痰瘀或痰饮等实邪所结。随时代变化其理论内涵日益丰富,诸多医家在临床实践中发挥其优势。该文将窠囊理论与各科疾病相联系,总结临床应用经验,挖掘其价值,促进窠囊学说的继承与创新,为临床诊疗痰瘀、痰饮相关的常见疾病、疑难杂病和慢性病等提供新的指导与启发。
Kenang theory is one of the important concepts of traditional Chinese medicine,it’s confused by phlegm or phlegm-blood. The theoretical connotation is becoming more and more abundant at any time,and many medical doctors have already exerted their advantages in clinical practice. This article links the theory of Kenang to various diseases,summarizes clinical application experience and explores its value to promote the inheritance and innovation of the theory of Kenang. Try to provide new guidance and inspiration for clinical diagnosis and treatment of common diseases related to phlegm or phlegm-blood,difficult diseases and chronic diseases.
