摘要
张红通过长期临床实践,认为现今多囊卵巢综合征的病因病机以脾肾阳虚为本,痰湿及血瘀是其重要病理产物。在治疗上强调温补脾肾,化湿、祛痰、活血为主,同时配合排卵前后的生理性周期变化调整配伍用药,取得了比较满意的临床效果。
Professor Zhang Hong,based on her long-term clinical practice,believes that the polycystic ovary syndrome is basically rooted in the yang defi ciency of the spleen and kidney,with phlegm dampness and blood stasis as its important pathological products.As for its treatment,it is emphasized to warmly tonify the spleen and kidney,resolve dampness,dissipate phlegm and promote blood circulation.At the same time,the combination of drugs is adjusted in accordance with the physiological cycle changes before and after ovulation.The treatment has achieved satisfactory clinical effects.
