Grouting Reinforcement Mechanism of Multi-crack Roof Based on the Whole Anchorage Theory

摘要 基于整体锚固理论,结合库伦-摩尔准则、结构面剪胀效应以及充填物节理峰值剪切强度模型,得出注浆多裂隙顶板承载力提高值公式。采用块体离散元3DEC数值模拟软件对宏岩煤矿回风下山进行注浆前后数值模拟,得出宏岩煤矿回风下山注浆多裂隙顶板承载力提高值公式为Δq=0.464C_0,并利用3DEC验证该公式。理论计算、数值模拟与工程试验均表明:在二次工程应力扰动下,对巷道顶板进行注浆,可以提高注浆顶板锚固体对于上覆岩层载荷的承载力,从而有效抑制巷道顶板的下沉,顶板围岩得到了有效控制。 Based on the whole anchorage theory,combined with the Coulomb-Mohr criterion,the dilatancy effect of the structure surface and the model of the peak shear strength of the filling joints,the raise value formula of bearing capacity of the grouting multi-crack roof was obtained.The numerical simulation on the return airflow dip in Hongyan coal mine before and after grouting was carried out by 3DEC software.The raise value formula was obtained asΔq=0.464C0,which was verified by 3DEC.Theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and engineering test show that grouting the roadway roof could improve the bearing capacity of the anchor body to the overlying strata load under the secondary engineering stress disturbance,so as to effectively restrain the subsidence of roadway roof and to control the surrounding rock of roof.
