摘要
复合顶板条件下的冒顶事故相当严重,且绝大部分属于无显著矿压显现的冒顶事故。为探究复合顶板条件下锚网索喷及注浆加固支护的应用方式,以平煤股份九矿己16-17-22050机巷为试验巷道,采用锚网索喷+注浆加固技术对该巷道破碎顶板进行控制。结合单体锚杆、锚索、喷浆、加固技术和破碎围岩体内部裂隙注浆技术的优势,以及普通预应力锚杆、锚索的悬吊作用,又配合喷浆使其巷道周边煤岩体达成整体的特性对顶板注浆;分析认为,该方法提高了裂隙与煤岩体之间的粘聚力和内摩擦角,增大了岩体内部块体间相对位移的阻力。实践表明,该支护技术能提高顶板、煤帮煤岩体的整体稳定性,一定程度上可有效防止冒顶事故的发生,为矿井安全生产打下坚实基础。
The roof fall accident under composite roof condition is quite serious,and most of them belong to roof fall accident without obvious strata behavior.In order to explore the application effect of bolt-mesh-cable-shotcrete support and grouting reinforcement under composite roof condition,taking the conveyor roadway in Pingmei No.9 Coal Mine as the test roadway,the technology of bolt-mesh-cable-shotcrete support and grouting reinforcement was used to control the broken roof of the roadway.By grouting into the cracks in the broken surrounding rock mass,using the suspension effect of ordinary prestressed anchor bolt and anchor cable,and sealing the surrounding coal and rock mass of the roadway by shotcreting,the cohesion and internal friction angle between the cracks and the coal and rock mass were improved,and the bearing capacity of the rock mass was increaseed.The practice shows that the support technology can improve the overall stability of the roof and coal seam rock mass,effectively prevent roof falling accidents,and lay a solid foundation for mine safety and efficient production.
