摘要
铁路运输产业是我国现存交通运输方式之一,也是我国当前重点发展的交通运输基础产业。铁路运输产业发展对于国民经济质量的进一步提升有着重要意义,然而就我国目前铁路职业人才培养现状而言,有针对性的人才培养进程及方式不足以跟上高新技术的迅速发展,铁路职业教育存在着亟需解决的问题。同时针对性培养人才所达到的要求与铁路职业所需的实际要求存在差距,特别是培养人才在心理层次存在些许问题,导致其毕业后展开实际工作时并不能完全适应工作现状。因此,对当前铁路职业高等院校学生的心理健康教育有着重大意义。该文针对当前铁路职业高等院校学生心理需求进行探究分析,以为各铁路职业高等院校对学生心理教育工作开展提供简要借鉴。
The railway transportation industry is one of the existing transportation modes in China,and it is also the basic transportation industry which is the key development in China at present.The development of railway transportation industry is of great significance to the further improvement of the quality of national economy.However,in terms of the current situation of railway vocational personnel training in China,the process and mode of targeted personnel training are not enough to keep up with the rapid development of high and new technologies,and there are some problems that need to be solved in railway vocational education.At the same time,there is a gap between the requirements of the targeted training of talents and the actual requirements of the railway profession.In particular,there are some problems in the psychological level of the training of talents,which leads to their inability to fully adapt to the current work situation when they start their practical work after graduation.Therefore,it is of great significance to the mental health education of current railway vocational college students.In this paper,the psychological needs of students in railway vocational colleges are investigated and analyzed in order to provide a brief reference for the development of students’psychological education in railway vocational colleges.
