摘要
生殖器疱疹是由单纯疱疹病毒(herpes simplex virus,HSV)引起的一种常见的、易反复发作的性传播疾病。有证据表明生殖器疱疹是人类感染并传播免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)的重要风险因素之一。目前尚无特异性治疗生殖器疱疹的药物,因此研发高效的针对HSV的预防性或治疗性疫苗实属必要。
Genital herpes is a common and recurrent sexually transmitted disease caused by herpes simplex virus(HSV).There is evidence that genital herpes is one of the important risk factors for HIV infection and transmission.At present,there is no specific drug for treating genital herpes,so it is necessary to develop effective preventive or therapeutic vaccines against HSV.
