摘要
目的:探讨自制带冲洗头的装载架在进行妇科人流吸管清洗中的应用效果。方法:将2017年1月至2017年4月期间佛山市妇幼保健院使用的人工流产器械包中需进行清洗回收的1000根妇科人流吸管随机分为甲组(n=500)和乙组(n=500)。对甲组人流吸管进行人工清洗,将乙组人流吸管放入全自动器械清洗消毒机内自制带冲洗头的装载架上进行清洗。然后,对比两组人流吸管管腔清洁的合格率、管道干燥的合格率、潜血试验的合格率、清洗时所需的人力及清洗的时间。结果:清洗后,与甲组吸管相比,乙组吸管管腔清洁、管道干燥及潜血试验的合格率均更高,对其进行清洗时所需的人力更少,清洗的时间更短,P<0.05。结论:与进行人工清洗相比,将人流吸管放置在自制带冲洗头的装载架上进行清洗的效果更好。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of self-made loading rack with flushing head in pipette cleaning for gynecological abortion.Methods:From January 2017 to April 2017,1,000 fetuses of gynecological abortion used in Foshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital were randomly divided into group A(n=500)and group B(n=500).The human abortion straws of group A were cleaned manually,and the human abortion straws of group B were put into the loading rack with a washing head made by ourselves in the automatic instrument cleaning and disinfection machine for cleaning.Then,the qualified rate of pipe cavity cleaning,pipe drying,occult blood test,labor required and cleaning time were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with pipette group A,pipette cavity cleaning,pipe drying and occult blood test in group B had higher qualified rate after cleaning,and required less manpower and shorter cleaning time(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with manual cleaning,the effect is better when the suction straw is placed on the loading rack with the washing head.
