摘要
脑卒中后抑郁是脑卒中后最常见并发症之一。2016年中国专家共识提出,将辅助疗法运用到治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者中。本文阐述音乐疗法、耳穴压豆法、头针、中药熏药等中医辅助疗法对脑卒中后抑郁的治疗效果,为今后的治疗及研究方向作出展望。
Post stroke depression is one of the most common complications after stroke.The 2016 consensus of Chinese experts that adjuvant therapy should be applied to the treatment of post stroke depression.This paper describes the therapeutic effects of music therapy,auricular point pressing beans method,scalp acupuncture,herbal fumigation and other traditional Chinese medicine adjuvant therapy on post stroke depression,and makes a prospect for the future treatment and research direction.
