摘要 1背景双胎输血综合征(twin to twin transfusion syndrome,TTTS)是最常见的单绒毛膜性双胎胎儿并发症,也是目前研究最为广泛和深入的胎儿疾病之一。TTTS在单绒毛膜性双胎中发生率为8%~15%[1-2],在全部妊娠中的发生率为1/10000~3/10000[3-5]。中国妇幼保健协会双胎专业委员会对2019年全国不同地区不同层次的48家医疗单位的最新统计表明,在4876例单绒毛膜性双胎中,TTTS有629例,占12.90%。近年来,随着双胎诊治循证医学研究的快速发展,围产保健水平的不断提高,为了进一步规范TTTS的临床诊治与围产期保健.
