Objective To explore the application effect of tourniquet double ligation in venipuncture of blood donors with thin blood vessels, and to provide scientific basis for improving the success rate of blood sampling and puncture. Methods In January 2017-October 2018 in the center of"love?house"blood donation of blood donation,160 cases of blood vessels is thinner of unpaid blood donation volunteers, according to the date of points in a single and double day,single-day determine blood vessels are relatively thin blood donors as control group, look for determining blood vessels is thinner blood donors as the experimental group, control group with conventional single tourniquet tied into the stitch, the experimental group a double root tourniquet strapped into the stitch. Results The success rate of blood collection puncture in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of fresh frozen plasma in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Among them, the satisfaction degree of venipuncture was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of tourniquet double ligation has a significant effect, which can reduce the failure of puncture, improve the success rate of puncture, reduce the waste of blood resources, relieve the pain of blood donors, make them build up confidence and participate in voluntary blood donation again.
