摘要
4例单纯性肥胖症患者行腹腔镜下袖式胃切除术,手术顺利,预后良好。为保障手术顺利进行,巡回护士术前需做好访视,备齐特殊手术用物,熟悉各种仪器设备的使用,做好体位管理,术中密切关注手术进程,严密监测患者的生命体征,调节仪器设备参数;器械护士根据手术进程及时传递所需器械。
Four patients with simple obesity were treated by laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.All of them had smooth operation and good prognosis.In order to guarantee the smooth operation,circuit nurses must give preoperative visit to patients,prepare special operation items,be familiar with the use of instruments and equipment,help patients with body position management,pay close attention to the process during the operation,monitor of vital signs of patients,adjust equipment parameters.Instrument nurses shall transfer required equipment timely according to operation process.
