摘要
锡焊是电子行业中不可缺少的工艺之一。随着电子工业的兴起,锡焊的操作人员也越来越多。锡焊工艺中将使用到多种焊料、助焊剂、清洗剂、阻焊剂等。原料和成分的不同将导致锡焊工艺中的呼吸危害因素存在差异。正确地识别锡焊工艺中的危害因素并选择适当的呼吸防护装备,可以提高作业者的工作安全感,降低作业者的伤害风险。
With the development of the electronic industry, there are more and more workers engaged in the production of electronic components. Most of the production can’t live without the Tin welding. During the tin welding process, there are a variety of solders, scaling powder, cleaning agents and soldering resists will be used. The different raw materials and compositions cause different respiratory hazard factors, so identify the hazard factors correctly and provide proper respiratory protective equipment for soldering process are so important and can improve the workers’ sense of security during working and reduce the risk of harm.
