摘要
电子产品未来发展趋势是轻小、便捷、节能和环保的方向。传统的PCB生产制作流程在节能减排和制造精度上都存在着无法克服的问题。PCB喷墨打印技术在缩短生产周期、降低生产成本、减少环境污染等方面具有诸多优势,有着较好的发展前景。目前市场上该技术主要包括四个方面的应用:抗蚀层、线路直接成型、字符、阻焊。通过市场调研、成本评估、工艺能力评估,重点研究喷墨打印技术在线路抗蚀层制作中的应用。喷墨打印技术相对于传统的线路制作工艺具有一定的成本优势和线路制作优势。
The future development trend of electronic products is light,small,convenient,energy-saving and environmental protection.The traditional PCB production process has some unsurmountable problems in energy saving,emission reduction and manufacturing accuracy.PCB inkjet printing technology has many advantages in shortening production cycle,reducing production cost,reducing environmental pollution and so on,and has a good development prospect.At present,the technology in the market mainly includes four applications:etching resist,conductive line,legend and solder mask.Through market research,cost evaluation and process capability evaluation,the application of inkjet printing technology in the production of line etching resist layer is mainly studied.Compared with the traditional PCB process,inkjet printing technology has certain cost advantages and line manufacturing advantages.
