摘要
建立钢桥面板温度场有限元模型,分析了铺装层高温摊铺施工过程中钢桥面板温度分布规律,考虑温度场边界条件作用,研究了温度荷载作用下钢桥面板的变形和受力特征.结果表明:高温铺装施工过程中,摊铺边缘钢桥面板出现较大的应力差,摊铺区域纵隔板两侧存在应力突变;横隔板-U肋焊缝处于上缘受压下缘受拉的状态,影响焊缝的使用性能;U肋两侧存在接近0.4 mm的竖向变形差,应力差值超过310 MPa,需要关注摊铺施工过程中U肋的稳定性.
The finite element model of temperature field of steel bridge deck was established,and the temperature distribution law of steel bridge deck during high temperature paving construction was analyzed.Considering the boundary conditions of temperature field,the deformation and stress characteristics of steel bridge deck under temperature load were studied.The results show that during the construction of high-temperature pavement,there is a large stress difference in the steel bridge deck at the paving edge,and there is a sudden change in stress on both sides of the longitudinal plate in the paving area.The upper edge of diaphragm-U rib weld is under compression and the lower edge is under tension,which affects the service performance of the weld.There is a vertical deformation difference close to 0.4 mm on both sides of U rib,and the stress difference exceeds 310 MPa,so it is necessary to pay attention to the stability of U rib during paving construction.
