基于德尔菲法的综合医院临床医师高级职称评审指标体系构建 被引量:33

摘要 目的 构建三甲综合医院临床医师高级职称评审指标体系,推动医院可持续发展.方法 采用文献研究、深入访谈和改良德尔菲专家咨询法收集权威专家意见,构建体系.结果 通过文献研究和深入访谈形成问卷初步框架,采用改良德尔菲专家咨询法收集汇总专家意见,最终形成4个一级指标、13个二级指标、57个三级指标的评价体系(其中晋升正高55个、晋升副高57个).结论 使用科学方法构建量化评估体系,作为指导管理工作的理论依据,对临床医师综合评估,激发人才动力和潜能. Objective To establish the index system of senior professional titles of clinicians in the 3 A comprehensive hospital,and to promote the sustainable development of the hospital.Methods Literature research,in-depth interviews and improved Delphi expert consultation method were used to collect authoritative expert opinions.Results Through literature research and in-depth interviews,the improved Delphi expert consultation method was used to collect expert opinions,and finally an evaluation system of 4 first level indicators,13 second level indicators and 57 third level indicators(including 55 indicators for chief physician and 57 indicators for deputy chief physician)was established.Conclusion Scientific methods can be used to build a quantitative evaluation system,to comprehensively evaluate clinical physicians,and to mobilize the enthusiasm of clinicians.
