摘要
目的:研究替硝唑与地塞米松联合应用辅助根管治疗对牙周-牙髓联合病变患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年6月~2018年6月海口市第四人民医院口腔科诊治牙周-牙髓联合病变患者110例,分为2组,每组各55例;对照组采用甲醛甲酚辅助根管治疗,研究组采用替硝唑与地塞米松联合根管治疗。对比分析两组疗效指标、炎症因子及不良事件情况。结果:治疗后,研究组牙周探诊深度(probing depth,PD)、龈沟出血指数(sulcus bleeding index,SBI)、菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)与牙龈指数(gingival index,GI)疗效指标,均比对照组低(P<0.01);研究组血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CPR)、白细胞介素1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)等炎症因子均比对照组低(P<0.01)。研究组气味不适等不良事件(5.45%)均比对照组(23.64%)少(P<0.01)。结论:牙周-牙髓联合病变研究组患者应用替硝唑与地塞米松联合辅助根管治疗,能有效提高患者临床疗效,降低炎症因子水平,不良事件更少,具一定临床应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the effect of combined use of tinidazole and dexamethasone in adjuvant root canal treatment of periodontal-dental pulp lesions.Methods:Totally 110 patients with periodontal-dental pulp lesions diagnosed and treated in the Fourth People’s Hospital of Haikou from June 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,patients in the control group received formaldehyde cresol auxiliary root canal and in study group were given tinidazole combined with dexamethasone auxiliary root canal.The treatment indicators,metabolic factors and adverse drug events were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the probing depth(PD),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI)and gingival index(GI)in the study group were be lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The levels of pathogenic factors including hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CPR),interleukin-1(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse event such as bad odor was 5.45% in the study group,less than the 23.64% in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:For patients with periodontal-dental pulp lesions,the combined use of tinidazole and dexamethasone in adjuvant root canal therapy can help improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and yet incur fewer adverse events.
