摘要
珠海市横琴口岸通关大厅采用六边形曲面铝板天花吊顶,并运用成品装配式抗震支架作为转换层。以此为例,运用犀牛模型深化设计及测算单块六边形铝板的大小尺寸,并与弧形龙骨采用勾搭式连接。在整个施工过程中实现了无动火作业,无需借助脚手架移动平台,站在高空车上即可完成。实践表明,该施工方法既可减少施工作业面,又可提高工作效率、降低安全隐患,同时与其他专业交叉施工互不影响,具有较大的推广价值。
The Hengqin port customs clearance Hall of Zhuhai city adopts the hexagonal curved aluminum plate suspended ceiling and the finished fabricated seismic support as the transfer floor. Taking this as an example, the rhinoceros software model is used to deepen the design and measure the size of a single hexagonal aluminum plate, and have it hooked up with the arc keel. In the whole construction process, there is no ignition operation and it can be completed by standing on the aerial cage without the help of mobile scaffold platform. The practice shows that the construction method can not only reduce the construction work surface, but also improve the work efficiency and reduce the potential safety risks. At the same time, it does not affect each other during the intersecting construction with other disciplines, which has great promotion value.
