摘要
文章以某集成播出平台机房改造项目为例,阐述了项目组如何通过科学的分工、周密的进度计划管理和高效的沟通协调,解决了项目时间紧、任务繁杂、施工作业面广等难题,通过多作业面交叉施工、精准配合,在不到两个月的时间内完成了土建装修、消防改造、配电改造、基础工艺设施安装、空调新风等辅助系统建设,以及多个业务系统的设备安装及调试等全部工作。并结合本项目工作中的实际案例,从分工协作、进度计划、沟通协调、界面划分、工作衔接等方面总结了项目进度管理的工作经验。
In this paper,taking the integrated broadcast Machine room renovation project as an example,the author expounds how the project team solved the problems such as tight schedule,complicated tasks and wide construction area through scientific division of labor,careful schedule management and efficient communication and coordination,and completed the construction of auxiliary systems such as civil construction decoration,fire fighting reconstruction,power distribution reconstruction,installation of basic process facilities,air conditioning and fresh air,as well as equipment installation and debugging of multiple business systems in less than two months through the cross construction and precise coordination of multiple operations.Combined with the actual cases in this project,the work experience of project progress management is summarized from the aspects of division of labor,schedule planning,communication and coordination,interface division and work connection.
