摘要
采用离子镀与磁控溅射工艺在316L不锈钢上制备了Cr(Si)/ZrN/Au梯度薄膜。该薄膜呈金黄色,具有优良的结合强度、耐蚀性和耐磨性,是理想的手表用装饰性膜层。其中金层厚度小于10 nm,用金量极少。
A Cr(Si)/ZrN/Au gradient thin film was prepared on 316 L stainless steel by ion plating and magnetron sputtering,which had a golden yellow appearance and excellent adhesion strength,corrosion resistance,and abrasion resistance,being able to be used as an ideal decorative film for watches.The content of Au in this thin film was very low due to the thickness of Au layer was less than 10 nm.
