摘要
目的:观察贝复济联合艾灸治疗2~3期压疮的效果。方法:抽取信阳市中心医院2018年1月至2019年6月门诊和住院患者中2~3期压疮患者共100例,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组每组50例。对照组在常规治疗基础上行艾灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用贝复济治疗。观察比较两组患者创面愈合面积达到30%、60%和痊愈的时间及治疗1、2个月后创面肉芽组织中碱性成纤维细胞刺激生长因子(bFGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达水平,比较两组患者的治疗有效率。结果:对照组患者压疮创面愈合30%、60%和痊愈时间为(13.77±2.04)d、(20.12±5.49)d和(34.14±10.20)d,均高于观察组的(11.04±1.83)d、(16.86±4.15)d和(26.98±9.93)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前bFGF、VEGF水平比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1、2个月后观察组bFGF水平为(811.57±31.72)pg/ml、(764.16±58.72)pg/ml,高于对照组的(598.43±27.09)pg/ml、(621.15±27.06)pg/ml,VEGF水平为(712.05±58.07)pg/ml、(968.91±27.41)pg/ml,高于对照组的(629.32±47.18)pg/ml、(501.04±17.73)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率94.00%(47/50)高于对照组的76.00%(38/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:贝复济联合艾灸能促进2~3期压疮患者创面的愈合,增加创面局部组织中的bFGF和VEGF水平,促进新生血管的生成。
Objective To observe the effect of Beifuji combined with moxibustion on tissue angiogenesis in patients with 2~3 stage pressure sores.Methods A total of 100 outpatients and inpatients with 2~3 stage pressure sore in Xinyang Central Hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected,and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table.The control group was treated with moxibustion on the basis of routine treatment and nursing.The observation group was treated with Beifufu on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the 30%,60% and healing time of wound,and the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the granulation tissue of the two groups were observed and compared treated after 1 month and 2 months of treatment,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results In the control group,the 30%,60% and the healing time of wound was(13.77±2.04)d,(20.12±5.49)d and(34.14±10.20)d,which were higher than those of the observation group[(11.04±1.83)d,(16.86±4.15)d and(26.98±9.93)d],with significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of bFGF and VEGF before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of bFGF in the observation group were(811.57±31.72)pg/ml and(764.16±58.72)pg/ml after 1 month and 2 months of treatment,which were higher than those in the control group[(598.43±27.09)pg/ml,(621.15±27.06)pg/ml];VEGF level was(712.05±58.07)pg/mL,(968.91±27.41)pg/ml,which were higher than those in the control group[(629.32±47.18)pg/ml,(501.04±17.73)pg/ml],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than that of the control group[76.00%(38/50)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Beifuji combined with moxibustion can promote the healing of wounds in patients with 2~3 stage pressure ulcer,increase the levels of bFGF and VEGF in local tissues of wounds,promote the formation of new blood vessels.
