应用于绳缆的高性能聚乙烯纤维一般包括超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维和高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)纤维,介绍了它们的性能、生产厂家和相应的应用。近年来随着UHMWPE薄膜的出现,高性能聚乙烯在绳缆中的应用得到了进一步拓展。比较了UHMWPE薄膜和纤维性能上的差异,同时指出了可能的新的应用领域。
The high performance polyethylene fiber used in cable generally includes ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) fiber and high-density polyethylene(HDPE) fiber. In recent years, with the emergence of UHMWPE film, the application of high performance polyethylene in cable has been further expanded. The properties of UHMWPE films and fibers are compared, and the potential new applications are pointed out.
