摘要
文章回顾了建设行业开展科技成果评估工作的发展历程、评估方式方法和工作程序,统计了历年建设行业科技成果评估项目数量,介绍了评估项目典型案例,梳理了科技成果评估市场存在的主要问题,并针对问题提出了建议与对策。
This article reviews the development process,evaluation methods and working procedures of scientific and technological achievements evaluation in construction industry,counts the numbers of S&T achievements evaluation projects in construction industry over the years,introduces typical cases of evaluation projects,sorts out the main problems existing in the evaluation market of S&T achievements,and finally proposes suggestions and countermeasures for the problems.
