摘要
中国正加快进入“老龄化”社会,发展老年教育以应对人口老龄化问题成为迫在眉睫的任务。中国在老年教育实践探索的过程中,面临着地方政府重视程度不够、资金匮乏、师资力量不足和教学内容和形式单一等问题。部分西方国家老年教育起步较早,具有成熟完善的经验,对中国的老年教育有借鉴价值。通过分析部分西方国家老年教育的发展经验,针对性地提出中国应该完善老年教育管理体制模式及法律法规、鼓励民间机构参与共建、重视人才队伍的建设、丰富教学内容与形式、课程设置需求化、探索信息化老年教育的发展路径等应对之策。
China is accelerating its entry into“aging society”,and developing the education for the aged to cope with aging of population has become an urgent task.In the process of exploring the practice of the education for the aged,China is facing problems such as insufficient local government attention,lack of funds,insufficient teachers,and single teaching content and form.the education for the aged in developed countries abroad started earlier and has mature and perfect experience,which has some reference to China’s the education for the aged.Therefore,this paper analyzes the development experience of the education for the aged in foreign developed countries.It pointed out that China should improve the management system and laws of the education for the aged,encourage private institutions to participate in the co construction,attach importance to the construction of the talent team,enrich the teaching content and forms,the curriculum is required,and explore the development path of information based the education for the aged.
