摘要
长链非编码RNA(long non coding RNA,lncRNAs)是一类重要的细胞调节因子,参与多种生物过程的调控.这些非编码RNA在表观遗传水平、转录及转录后水平等多个方面发挥着重大调控作用,从而调节机体的多种生理和病理过程.lncRNAs在不同肿瘤中的异常表达与肿瘤本身的特殊生物学病理特征、疾病预后和药物治疗的反应有关,尤其在与人乳头状瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染相关的肿瘤中广泛研究.本文结合国内外最新报道,对在头颈肿瘤研究较多的三类lncRNA-HOTAIR、H19、MALAT-1进行汇总,探究lncRNAs与HPV相关肿瘤的关系,有效的为预防和治疗头颈肿瘤等HPV相关疾病提供新思路.
Long noncoding RNAs(IncRNAs)are important classes of cellular regulators involved in the regulation of a variety of biological processes.These noncoding RNAs play a major regulatory role in epigenetic levels,transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels,thereby regulating a variety of physiological and pathological processes in the body.The abnormal expression of IncRNAs in different tumors is related to the specific biological and pathological features of the tumor itself,the prognosis of the disease and the response to drug treatment,especially in the tumors associated with HPV infection.In this paper,combined with the latest reports at home and abroad,three types of IncRNA-HOTAIR,H19 and MALAT-1 with more studies on head and neck tumors were summarized.Exploring the relationship between IncRNAs and HPV-related tumors can effectively provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of head and neck tumors and other HPV-related diseases.
