摘要
随着当前我国基建工程行业的快速发展,关于建筑工程施工过程中开展全过程造价控制与管理作业,引起了广泛的关注。在全过程造价控制与管理作业的实施中,如何确保工程造价管理质量的合格性,同时提升项目建设施工可行性,保障建设单位的实际权益,成为当前全过程造价控制与管理发展中主要研究的问题。
With the rapid development of China’sinfrastructure engineering industry,the whole process of cost control and management operations carried out in the construction process has attracted wide attention.Analysis of the implementation of the whole process of cost control and management operations,how to ensure the quality of project cost management,while improving the feasibility of project construction and construction,to protect the actual rights and interests of construction units,has become the current whole process of cost control and management development of the main research issues.
