我国国民经济的迅猛发展与建筑行业的发展相辅相成,建筑行业在我国社会经济发展与壮大过程中发挥着尤为重要的作用。在人们生活水平日益提升的宏观背景下,土木工程项目的建设要求愈发严格。土木工程项目建设各个参与单位都必须从严格意义上提高对施工进度与施工质量管理的重视,与项目的实际情况相结合,基于对各种有效措施的运用,强化土木工程项目施工进度与施工质量管理工作的开展。此外建筑企业要想在激烈市场竞争中实现自身可持续发展,要意识到土木工程造价动态管理与成本控制的重要作用。根据土木工程项目具体情况,制定合理管理目标,打破传统思维模式,全方位落实成本管理工作,节约更多成本的同时,为建筑企业创造更多经济效益。建筑企业要将更多精力放在土木工程造价动态管理与成本优化环节,实现各环节工作、资金、资源的科学规划,帮助建筑企业树立良好形象。
