摘要
目的探讨舒适护理干预在手术室护理中的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年10月在我院进行手术的50例患者,随机分为两组。对照组使用术前消毒、常规检查、准备手术器材以及出院指导常规的手术室护理方法,观察组使用舒适护理。结果观察组术中肌肉的放松/轻度紧张率为96.00%(24/25),高于对照组(P<0.05),中度紧张/重度紧张率为4.00%(1/25),低于对照组(P<0.05),对手术的耐受程度优良率为96.00%(24/25),高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理干预在临床手术室护理中有较好的效果。
Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing intervention in the operation room nursing.Methods 50 patients who were operated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group used preoperative disinfection,routine examination,preparation of surgical equipment and discharge guidance of routine operating room nursing methods,the observation group used comfortable nursing.Results In the observation group,the rate of muscle relaxation/mild tension was 96.00%(24/25),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of moderate/severe tension was 4.00%(1/25),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of tolerance to operation was 96.00%(24/25),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention has a better effect in clinical operation room nursing.
