摘要
目的研究血清性激素水平检测在甲状腺功能减退女性患者诊断过程中的价值。方法选取2017年1月—2019年1月期间在我院接受治疗的98例甲状腺功能减退女性患者作为研究组,选取同期健康女性志愿者98例作为参照组,对两组人员分别检测雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、睾酮(testoserone,T)、卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)和泌乳素(prolactin,PRL)水平,并对比研究组和参照组的血清性激素水平。结果研究组患者的E2和T水平低于参照组,FSH、LH、PRL水平高于参照组(P<0.05),统计学意义明显。结论血清性激素检测对甲状腺功能减退女性患者具有一定的诊断意义。
Objective To study the value of serum sex hormone in the diagnosis of hypothyroidism.Methods 98 hypothyroid women who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the study group and 98 healthy female volunteers as the reference group.Estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),follicular stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)and prolactin(PRL)were detected respectively in the two groups and they were compared between the study group and the reference group.Results The level of E2 and T in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the level of FSH,LH and PRL in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum sex hormone has certain diagnostic significance for female patients with hypothyroidism.
