摘要
目的研究分析联合使用玻璃酸钠、氟米龙滴眼液在白内障伴干眼治疗中的临床效果。方法从2018年6月—2019年6月这段时间内到我院诊治过的白内障伴干眼患者中选取94例患者,根据治疗使用滴眼液的不同,分设对照组和观察组,对照组纳入47例,观察组纳入47例。对照组患者单一使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组同时使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液和氟米龙滴眼液。观察对照组与观察组治疗中的不良反应、治疗前与治疗后基础泪液分泌量和泪膜破裂时间,分析两组患者临床效果。结果治疗前所有患者的基础泪液分泌量和泪膜破裂时间相差甚微(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的基础泪液分泌量比对照组患者的基础泪液分泌量多(P<0.05),观察组患者的泪膜破裂时间比对照组泪膜破裂时间长(P<0.05),治疗中观察组患者出现眼睑炎、眼刺激感、眼睑瘙痒、结膜出血等不良反应的总概率比对照组患者少(P<0.05),分析结果显示观察组患者治疗总有效率比对照组的高(P<0.05)。结论同时使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液和氟米龙滴眼液治疗白内障伴干眼,患者出现不良反应的几率有所减少,临床疗效和用药安全性得到提高。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of combined use of sodium hyaluronate and flumiron eye drops in the treatment of cataract with dry eye.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,94 patients with cataract and dry eye diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected.According to the different eye drops used in treatment,a control group and an observation group were divided into two groups.The group included 47 patients and the observation group included 47 patients.Patients in the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops alone,and observation group were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops and flemiron eye drops simultaneously.Observe the adverse reactions in the treatment of the control group and the observation group,the amount of basal tear secretion and tear film rupture time before and after treatment,and analyze the clinical effects of the two groups of patients.Results There was little difference between the baseline tear secretion and tear film rupture time of all patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the baseline tear secretion of patients in the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The tear film rupture time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the total probability of blepharitis,eye irritation,itching of the eyelids,and conjunctival bleeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group There were fewer patients(P<0.05).The analysis results showed that the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The simultaneous use of sodium hyaluronate eye drops and flumiron eye drops in the treatment of cataract with dry eyes reduces the chance of adverse reactions in patients,and improves the clinical efficacy and drug safety.
