摘要
目的探究学龄前儿童散瞳前与使用阿托品散瞳后屈光度结果差异性。方法纳入本院2017年8月—2019年8月接收的学龄前儿童132例作为此次研究对象,对入选儿童进行统一验光仪检测,比较其散瞳前后屈光度变化及散瞳前后不同屈光等级屈光变化。结果实施阿托品散瞳后与散瞳前相比球镜与等效球镜差异显著,P<0.05,存在统计学意义,而柱镜差异性较小,P>0.05,不存在统计学意义;柱镜>3.00 DC组、2.00-3.00 DC组、1.00-2.00 DC组和≤1.00 DC组,4组患儿散瞳后与散瞳前柱镜相比差异均无统计学意义;与此同时,等效球镜≥3.00 D组、0.00-3.00 D组、-3.00-0.00 D组和≤-3.00 D组散瞳后与散瞳前相比,球镜与等效球镜差异显著,P<0.05,而柱镜相比差异性较小,P>0.05,不存在统计学意义。结论学龄前儿童在实施验光前后,其主要变化差异为球镜与等效球镜度数,而柱镜无明显变化,这表示学龄前儿童眼部自身存在的调节能力主要表现在球镜度。
Objective To explore the difference of diopter between predilation and atropine dilation in preschool children.Methods A total of 132 preschoolers admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were included as the subjects of this study.The selected children were examined by a unified optometry instrument to compare the diopter changes before and after dilation of pupil and the diopter changes of different diopter grades before and after dilation of pupil.Results After atropine dilation,there was a significant difference between ball-lens and equivalent balllens compared with that before the dilation of pupil(P<0.05),which was statistically significant,while the difference between cylindrical lens was small(P>0.05),which was not statistically significant.>3.00 DC group,2.00-3.00 DC group,1.00-2.00 DC group and ≤1.00 DC group,there were no statistically significant differences between the four groups after pupil dilation and the anterior lens after pupil dilation.At the same time,equivalent spherical mirrors ≥3.00 D,0.00-3.00 D group,-3.00-0.00 D group and≤-3.00 D,after dilated pupil compared to before dilated pupil,mydriatic mirror ball with equivalent spherical mirrors had significant difference,P<0.05,and the difference between cylindrical mirror and equivalent spherical mirror was small(P>0.05),showing no statistical significance.Conclusion Before and after the implementation of optometry,the major difference of preschoolers was the degree of spherical mirror and the equivalent spherical mirror,while the cylindrical mirror did not change significantly,indicating that the adjustment ability of preschoolers'eyes was mainly reflected in the degree of spherical mirror.
