摘要
外科手术部位感染(surgical site infection,SSI)是医院感染的第二大常见类型,发生SSI,会增加患者的痛苦,延长住院时间,增加死亡的几率。而其重要的危险因素之一就是手术器械的管理,随着医疗技术和医学研究的不断深入,手术器械的功能和种类也不断增加,由于器械的频繁使用,若处理不当则会直接引起患者手术部位的感染,造成严重后果。建立手术器械信息化追溯系统,对器械消毒质量进行管理,可以完整追溯手术器械从清洗到使用的整个过程,保证手术器械安全使用。使手术器械的管理更加规范化、程序化、标准化,既降低了手术患者感染的风险,又保证了手术的安全性,提高了手术室护理质量管理。
Surgical site infection(SSI)is the second most common type of hospital infection.SSI can increase patients’pain,prolong hospitalization time and increase the probability of death.And one of its important risk factors is the management of surgical instruments.With the deepening of medical technology and medical research,the functions and types of surgical instruments are also increasing.Due to the frequent use of instruments,improper handling will directly cause infection of the surgical site of patients,causing serious consequences.The establishment of an information tracing system for surgical instruments to manage the disinfection quality of instruments can trace the entire process of surgical instruments from cleaning to use and ensure the safe use of surgical instruments.The management of surgical instruments is more standardized,programmed and standardized,which not only reduces the risk of infection of surgical patients,but also ensures the safety of surgery and improves the quality management of nursing in the operating room.
