摘要
目的:探讨可追溯管理对外来器械在消毒灭菌、监测过程的应用。方法:运用可追溯管理体系,对外来器械清洗、消毒、灭菌过程和监测过程的各环节进行细化管理,减少使用过程中的安全隐患。结果:规范了外来手术器械在消毒供应中心的管理,为信息查询、留存提供了有力依据。结论:外来器械的持续改进,优化了质量控制的流程管理,减少了差错事故的发生,有效保证了医疗安全质量。
Objective：To explore the application of tracing management in foreign sterilized apparatus.Methods：Applying tracing management system to the cleaning, and monitoring process of foreign apparatus,reducing the potential safety concerns when using those apparatus. Results：The application of tracing management system standardized the management of foreign apparatus in the central sterile supply department,provided strong evidence for information checking and saving. Conclusion： Tracing management can facilitate continuous improvement in the quality control of foreign apparatus,strengthen the safety and quality of medical care.
