摘要
产学研合作是中国教育事业发展的重要产物,有助于实现高质量应用型人才的培育。高校教育教学工作将工匠精神应用于人才培养之中,符合新时代对于人才职业发展的规划需求。文章从分析培养工匠精神的重要意义,探讨高校培养工匠精神的必要性及培育路径的具体方法,从而形成推动产学研结合发展的有效路径。
The cooperation based on industry,college and research is an important product of the development of education in China,which is helpful to the cultivation of high quality applied talents.The education and teaching work of colleges and universities applies the spirit of craftsman to the cultivation of talents,which meets the planning needs of the new era for the career development of talents.This paper analyzes the significance of cultivating craftsman’s spirit,probes into the necessity of cultivating craftsman’s spirit in colleges and universities and the concrete method of cultivating path,so as to form an effective path to promote the development of combination of industry,education and research.
