摘要
目的探讨育龄期女性卵巢储备功能下降与自身免疫抗体之间有无相关性。方法选取2018年12月~2020年1月于潍坊医学院生殖医院就诊的卵巢储备功能下降患者40例,以卵巢储备功能正常的患者40例作为对照组,收集其基础内分泌、抗心磷脂抗体、抗β2糖蛋白、甲状腺相关抗体等数据进行分析。结果卵巢储备功能正常组和卵巢储备功能下降组抗β2糖蛋白抗体阳性率分别为12.50%(5/40)和15.00%(6/40),两组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05),卵巢储备功能正常组和卵巢储备功能下降组抗心磷脂抗体均为2.50%(1/40),差异无显著性(P>0.05),卵巢储备功能正常组和卵巢储备功能下降组抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体阳性率分别为15.00%(6/40)和35.00%(14/40),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论体内自身免疫性抗体与育龄期女性卵巢储备功能下降具有一定的相关性,尽早排除因抗体阳性导致的卵巢储备功能下降对于女性生育力的保护具有一定的意义。
Objective To investigate the correlation between decreased ovarine reserve function and autoimmune antibodies in women of reproductive age.Methods Forty patients with decreased ovarian reserve function who were admitted to the reproductive hospital of weifang medical university from December 2018 to January 2019 were selected,and 40 patients with normal ovarine reserve function were taken as the control group.The results of basic endocrine,anti-nuclear antibody spectrum and thyroid-related antibodies were collected for analysis.Results The positive rate of anti-2 glycoprotein antibody in the normal ovanian reserve funtion group and the decreased ovarian reserve function group was 12.50%(5/40)and 15.00%(6/40),which showed no signficant difference(P>0.05).The positive rate of antiphospholipid antibody in the normal ovanian reserve funtion group and the decreased ovarian reserve function group was 2.50%(1/40),which has no signficant difference(P>0.05).The positive rate of thyroid antibody and antinuclear antibody spectrumin in the normal ovanian reserve funtion group and the decreased ovarian reserve function group were 15.00%(6/40)and 35.00%(14/40)respectively,which showed signficant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between in vivo autoimmune antibodies and decreased ovarian reserve function in women of childbearing age.It is of certain significance to eliminate the decreased ovarian reserve function caused by positive antibodies as early as possible for the protection of female fertility.
