摘要
采用涡旋振荡提取技术,以氢氧化钠溶液为萃取剂,建立了一-种环保、低毒、快速测定皮革及其制品中五氯苯酚残留量的液相色谱-串联质谓(LC-MS/MS)法。对方法中影响五氯苯酚测定的各因素进行了优化。在优化条件下,当五氯苯酚质量浓度在0.25-80.00μg/L,与其对应的峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数(R)为0.9999;定量下限为6.25μg/kg,检出限为2.50μg/kg,适合痕量及微量五氯苯酚的分析;不同水平加标回收率分别为86.5%.94.3%.95.2%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)分别为5.6%、4.9%、4.5%,具有较低的检出限和较好的回收率。
Green,low-toxic,rapid method for the determination of pentachlorophenol residues in leather and leather products by vortex extraction and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)is developed,in which NaOH solution is used as an extraction solvent.The significant influencing factors on the determination of pentachlorophenol are studied and optimized.Under the optimized conditions,there is a good linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration of pentachlorophenol in the range of 0.25-80.00μg/L with a correlation coefficient(R)of 0.9999.The quantitative determination limit is 6.25μg/kg and the detection limit is 2.50μg/kg,which is suitable for analysis of trace and minute quantities of pentachlorophenol.The recoveries are 86.5%,94.3%,95.2%and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)are 5.6%,4.9%,4.5%at the different spiked levels,respectively.The method has a low detection limit and good recovery.
