摘要
目的：测定胆木注射液中异长春花苷内酰胺的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，以Lichrospher C18（5μm，4．6mm×250mm）为色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸（30：70：0．1），检测波长为226nm，柱温：30℃，流速为1．0mL／min，采用面积外标法。结果：建立了胆木注射液中异长春花苷内酰胺的HPLC含量测定方法，线性范围为0．1992～0．9960μg，平均回收率为98．60％，RSD为1．62％（n=6）。结论：该方法稳定、可靠、专属性强，可用于胆木注射液中异长春花苷内酰胺的含量测定，为胆木注射液的质量控制提供了新方法。
Objective ： To determine the content of Isovinciside lactone in Danmu injiection. Methods ： The HPLC system consisted of the column of LichrospherC18 （4.6mm ×250mm,5μm） and acetonitrtle - water - phosphoric acid（30： 70：0.1 ） as the mobile phase. The temperature was 30℃. The detective wavelength was 226nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Extennal standard method. Results ：The method of determinating the content of Isovinciside laetone in Danmu injiection was established. And it was linear within the range of 0. 1992 -0. 9960μg,the average recovery was 98.60% ,and the RSD was 1.62% （ n =6）. Conclusion ：This method is simple, reliable, precise and provides a scientific basis for the quality controlling of Danmu injection.
