雁北嗜蓝孢孔菌菌株液体培养条件优化

Optimization of liquid culture conditions of different strains of Fomitiporia yanbeiensis

摘要 以菌丝体生物量、菌丝生长速度和菌丝体胞外多糖含量为指标,对3个雁北嗜蓝孢孔菌菌株液体发酵培养的碳源、氮源和无机盐进行优化筛选,以为该菌的大规模培养和人工驯化提供依据。结果显示,海藻糖是1号和2号菌株的最佳碳源,葡萄糖是3号菌株的最佳碳源;3个菌株的最佳氮源均为豆粕粉;最佳无机盐1号菌株是硫酸镁,2号、3号菌株是磷酸二氢钾。 The mycelium biomass,mycelial activity and extracellular polysaccharide content were used as indicators to study the liquid culture medium of Fomitiporia yanbeiensis collected from three regions,and the best carbon source,nitrogen source and inorganic salt for liquid culture of different strains were screened.The results showed that trehalose was the best carbon source for strain 1 and 2,glucose was the best carbon source for strains 3;the best nitrogen source for all strains was soybean meal;the best inorganic salt for strains 1 was MgSO4,and the best inorganic salt for strains 2 and 3 was KH2PO4.This study can provide the basis for large-scale culture and artificial domestication of this strain.
