摘要
文章针对当前测量不确定度定义不完善之处(仅仅表示测量值分散性,没有指出被测量真值与测量不确定度之间的关系,从而影响不确定度的理论发展和实际应用),通过深入分析、严谨论证,提出准确完善的测量不确定度定义(表征被测量值分散性的非负参数,被测量真值大概率分布在测得值与该参数确定的区间之内),对正确认识测量不确定度、更好应用测量不确定度具有重要指导意义。
In view of the definition imperfection of measurement uncertainty(only indicating the dispersion of the measurement value,not the relationship between the measured truth value and the measurement uncertainty,thereby effecting the development of uncertainty theory and its practical application),and by in-depth analysis and rigorous demonstration,the accurate perfect definition of measurement uncertainty is proposed(a non-negative parameter that characterizes the dispersion of the measured value,and the true value is distributed within the range determined by the measured value and the parameter with a greater probability).These analyses will have a practical significance for relevant personnel to clarify vague understanding and carry out the work.
