摘要 文章建立一种使用高效液相色谱对甲酸盐中甲酸含量的准确测定方法,以硫酸溶液0.0275%作流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,样品用流动相定容,紫外检测波长206 nm。当待测样品中甲酸浓度在200~1 000μg·mL-1范围之间时能呈现良好的线性关系,R2=0.9999,RSD为±1.0%(n=6),检出限为1μg·mL-1,此方法具有简捷、可重复性高等优点。避免由于化学沉淀所引起的测定误差,可实现甲酸盐中甲酸的分离和准确定量。 An accurate method for the determination of formic acid in formate by High-performance liquid chromatography was established. The mobile phase was 0.0275% sulfuric acid solution, the flow rate was 1.0 m L·min-1,the volume of the sample was determined by the mobile phase, and the UV detection wavelength was 206 nm.When the concentration of formic acid was in the range of 200-1 000 μg·mL-1, a good linear relationship can be obtained,R2=0.999 9, RSD is ± 1.0%(n=6), the detection limit is 1 μg · mL-1. This method avoids the error caused by chemical precipitation and can be used for the separation and accurate determination of formic acid in formate.
