摘要
[目的]应用超高效液相-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)建立氟醚菌酯和Z-氟嘧菌酯在番茄和黄瓜中的分析方法。[方法]样品采用乙腈提取,乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷(PSA)、石墨化炭黑(GCB)净化,UPLC-MS/MS检测,外标法(ESTD)定量。[结果]在0.001~0.1 mg/L质量浓度范围内,氟嘧菌酯和Z-氟嘧菌酯溶剂标准曲线和基质标准曲线呈良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,氟嘧菌酯和Z-氟嘧菌酯在番茄和黄瓜基质中3个不同添加质量分数的平均回收率为98.5%~109.7%,相对标准偏差在0.3%~3.3%之间。[结论]该方法快速、灵敏,适用于检测番茄和黄瓜中氟嘧菌酯和Z-氟嘧菌酯。
[Aims]The aim is to develop an analytical method using UPLC-MS/MS for analysis of fluoxastrobin and Z-fluoxastrobin in tomato and cucumber.[Methods]Samples were extracted by acetonitrile,cleaned up with primary secondary amine(PSA)and graphitized carbon black(GCB),and detected by UPLC-MS/MS.External standard method was used for the quantitative determination.[Results]The linear relationship between the solvent standard curve and the matrix standard curve of fluoxastrobin and its Z-isomer was good in the range of 0.001-0.1 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient was all higher than 0.999.The average recoveries of fluoxastrobin and Z-fluoxastrobin in tomato and cucumber at three different spiked level were 98.5%-109.7%,with the RSD of 0.3%-3.3%.[Conclusions]The method is rapid,sensitive and suitable for determination of fluoxastrobin and Z-fluoxastrobin in tomato and cucumber.
