摘要
"双一流"建设内容包括建设一流师资队伍,传承创新优秀文化,培养创新人才,提升科学研究水平,促进成果转化。地方农业院校应该突出学科特色,坚持以特取胜,寻求错位发展,呈现亮点,从而促进"双一流"建设。鉴于此,以养蜂学为例,探索了"一基点、一平台、两培养"的创新人才培养模式,并将该模式应用于"双一流"建设中。该模式使本科教学质量、研究生培养质量、师资队伍建设、科研水平、成果转化能力等均得到了明显提高,为"双一流"建设提供强有力的支撑,并具有一定的借鉴和推广应用价值。
The content of "double word-class"construction is to build a first-class teaching staffs,inherit and innovate the excellent culture,train innovative talents,upgrade the level of scientific research,and promote the transformation of achievements. Local agricultural colleges or universities should highlight the feature of subjects,win a victory with feature,seek dislocation development,and present the bright spots,so as to build the "double word-class". In view of this,taking apiculture as an example,authors’ school explored the " one base point,one platform,two training " innovative talent training model which was applied to the "double word-class"construction. Since the implementation of the mode,the quality of undergraduate teaching,postgraduate training,faculty building,scientific research level,and achievement transformation had been significantly improved under the mode. These results provide strong support for the construction of " double word-class" which can be used or referenced in other subjects.
