摘要
目的探究"321"健康教育模式对糖尿病视网膜病变患者生活质量及心理状态的影响。方法选取我院2018年5月至2019年10月收治的100例糖尿病视网膜病变患者,按照入院顺序随机分为观察组(50例,"321"健康教育模式)和对照组(50例,常规健康教育)。比较两组患者的疾病不确定感、生活质量、睡眠质量、自我效能感、心理状态及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组的疾病不确定感评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的生理功能、心理精神、社会关系及治疗评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的睡眠质量、焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,自我效能感评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论"321"健康教育模式应用于糖尿病视网膜病变患者中,能够提升患者生活质量,改善其生理、心理状态,值得进一步推广与探究。
Objective To explore the effect of"321"health education mode on quality of life and mental state of patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to October 2019 were selected.According to the order of admission,the patients were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases,"321"health education mode)and control group(50 cases,conventional health education).The disease uncertainty,quality of life,sleep quality,self-efficacy,psychological status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the score of disease uncertainty in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the physiological function,psychological spirit,social relations and treatment scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the sleep quality,anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the self-efficacy score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"321"health education model used in patients with diabetic retinopathy,can improve the quality of life of patients,and their physiological and psychological state,it is worth further promotion and exploration.
