摘要
目的分析探究护理干预对手术室非全身麻醉患者的负性情绪以及护理舒适度的影响。方法从2017年3月至2019年3月在本院接受治疗的患者中选择220例作为研究对象,并且所有参与研究对象均为手术室非全身麻醉患者。按照给予护理方式的不同将其分成两组(每组110例),对照组实施常规护理干预措施,观察组则实施综合护理干预措施,对比两组患者的负性情绪变化以及护理舒适度情况。结果护理干预之前两组患者的抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分对比无显著差异(P> 0.05);护理干预后,观察组患者的抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分改善情况明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。同时,观察组患者的简化舒适状况量表(GCQ)中的心理精神、生理精神以及社会文化等各项评分结果显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在手术室非全身麻醉患者临床护理中实施综合干预方式,有利于调节患者负性情绪和提升护理舒适度。
Objective To analyze the effects of nursing intervention on negative emotions and nursing comfort in patients with non-general anesthesia in the operating room. Methods Sixty-eight patients who underwent treatment in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study, and all subjects were non-general anesthesia in the operating room. According to the different ways of nursing, they were divided into two groups(110 in each group). The control group implemented routine nursing interventions, while the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing interventions to compare the negative emotional changes and nursing comfort of the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating depression(SDS) and self-rating anxiety(SAS) between the two groups before the nursing intervention(P>0.05). After the nursing intervention, the selfrating depression scale of the observation group The improvement of(SDS) and anxiety self-rating scale(SAS) scores was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). At the same time, the scores of mental, physical and social culture in the simplified comfort status scale(GCQ) of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive intervention in the clinical nursing of patients with non-general anesthesia in the operating room is beneficial to regulate the negative emotions of patients and improve the comfort of care.
