摘要
目的探讨体外冲击波联合电针治疗腰肌筋膜炎的临床效果。方法选择2018年6月至12月在本院治疗的腰肌筋膜炎患者120例,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,各60例。对照组给予电针治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予体外冲击波治疗,治疗1个月后观察两组患者的疗效、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、疼痛分级指数(PRI)、现时疼痛强度(PPI)。结果对照组的治疗总有效率为73.33%,明显低于观察组的91.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的VAS、PRI、PPI评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论体外冲击波联合电针治疗腰肌筋膜炎的疗效确切,可有效地降低患者的疼痛程度。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with electroacupuncture on lumbar myofascitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with lumbar myofascitis treated in our hospital from June 2018 to December were selected,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture,and the observation group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave on the basis of the control group.After 1 month of treatment,the efficacy,visual analogue score(VAS),pain grading index(PRI)and present pain intensity(PPI)of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the control group was 73.33%,which was significantly lower than 91.67%of the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS,PRI and PPI scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of lumbar myofascitis has exact effect,which can effectively reduce pain degree of patients.
