摘要
目的:观察TENS疗法联合电针治疗肌筋膜炎的临床疗效,并探讨其治疗机制。方法:将符合病例纳入标准的80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,治疗组采用电针联合TENS治疗,对照组仅采用电针疗法,2组患者在治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评定,比较两组临床疗效,3个疗程结束6个月后进行两组复发率比较。结果:2组病例经相应方法治疗后,治疗组总有效率为97.5%;对照组总有效率为82.5%;治疗组总有效率均明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3个疗程结束6个月后两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮电神经刺激疗法(TENS)联合电针治疗肌筋膜炎疗效显著。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of TENS plus electro-acupuncture in treating myofascitis. Methods： Eighty patients with myofascitis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 40 cases each, the treatment group was trea- ted by TENS plus electro-acupuncture therapy, the control group was treated by electro-acupuncture therapy only, and have therapeu- tic evaluation after 3 periods of treatment, and to compare two groups of relapse rate at the end of the 6th month after the third treat- ment session. Results： Two groups of cases by corresponding treatment, the total efficacy rate was 97.5% in the treatment group; The total efficacy rate was 82. 5% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05） ; The comparison of relapse rate at the end of the 6th month after the third treatment session also showed significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： TENS plus electro-acupuncture therapy has a marked therapeutic on myofascitis.
