摘要
标志限速管理作为道路运营管理的重要组成部分,为了充分挖掘道路资源、保障道路通行的安全高效性,道路限速取值不应拘泥于各类道路一般的经验限速或设计限速取值范围。首先,根据道路线形、周围环境等将道路划分为不同的限速区段,以自由流的速度作为研究基础;其次,为保持特殊路段与非特殊路段的协调性,兼顾驾驶员的驾驶行为及心理因素和周围环境情况,对自由流速度进行修正,完成对新建城市道路的85%位车速预测,以此速度作为道路限速的重要参照标准;最后,基于此提出一种科学合理的城市道路限速取值计算的方法,并将这一方法应用于嘉兴市三环南路的实际运行中,验证了这一限速方法的有效性和通用性。
Sign speed limit management is an important part of road operation management.In order to fully tap road resources and ensure the safety and efficiency of road traffic,road speed limit value should not be limited to the general experience speed limit or design speed limit value of various roads range.Firstly,the road is divided into different speedlimit sections based on road alignment,surrounding environment,etc.,and the research is based on free-flow speed.Secondly,in order to maintain coordination between special sections and non-special sections,the driver’s driving behavior and psychological factors and surrounding environment conditions,the free flow speed is modified,and the speed prediction of 85%of new urban roads is completed,using this speed as an important reference standard for road speed limit.Finally,based on this,a scientific and reasonable urban road is proposed.The method of calculating the speed limit value,and applying this method to the actual operation of the Third Ring South Road in Jiaxing City,which is verified the effectiveness and versatility of this speed limit method.
