摘要
ISA(Intelligent Speed Adaptation)是智能交通运输系统(ITS)的一部分,即通过车载GPS对驾驶员在道路上行驶进行全程的速度监控,辅助驾驶员更好的遵守法定限速,以期减少碰撞事故或死亡事故的发生。主要通过介绍ISA系统的原理、试验、安全与经济效益等相关研究结果,结合我国当前的速度管理现状,给出了建立我国智能可变控制系统借鉴的意义。
The ISA( intelligent speed adaptation) was a part of intelligent transportation system( ITS),that making whole speed monitors to drivers on the road through vehicle GPS,and assisted drivers to obey the legal speed limit better,so as to reduce the occurrence of accidents or fatal accidents. This paper mainly introduced the principle,test,safety and economic benefits and other research results of ISA system,combined with the current situation of speed management in China,gave the significance of building intelligent variable control system in China.
